Payment Instructions

Roach Counseling Care & Wellness Center offers several payment options for pastoral counseling services, workshops, and ministry-based training programs. All payments are processed through the designated ministry account under the covering of Throne Room Worship Center.

Payment details are shared during scheduling, registration, or invoicing to ensure clarity and proper application.

Accepted Payment Methods

PayPal
Clients may submit payment using a PayPal account or a credit/debit card through a secure PayPal invoice or payment link. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card.

Zelle
Zelle is available as a fee-free payment option through our designated ministry bank account. Zelle payment details are provided upon request or during invoicing.

When Payments Are Due

Counseling session payments are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made
Workshop and event fees are due at registration, unless otherwise stated
NCCA training payments follow the agreed-upon tuition or installment schedule

Sliding Fee Scale & Donation-Based Support

A limited sliding fee scale or donation-based counseling option may be available for eligible individuals, as discussed during intake. Payment amounts are agreed upon in advance and honored consistently.

Important Notice

Roach Counseling Care & Wellness Center does not accept insurance. All services are provided within a pastoral counseling and ministry framework and are not intended to replace clinical or state-licensed mental health services.
