Pastoral counseling for families and small groups seeking healing, unity, and growth within a supportive, faith-based setting.

Temperament in the Workplace Workshops & In-Service Training
Educational workshops designed to promote healthy relationships, effective communication, and team building in workplace and organizational settings. These sessions help teams understand temperament differences, reduce conflict, and strengthen morale.
The ARNO Profile System is a temperament-based assessment tool used to help individuals, couples, and families gain deeper insight into personality traits, emotional needs, and relational dynamics. This assessment supports counseling, coaching, and personal growth by providing clarity in communication styles, strengths, and areas of challenge.
Temperament assessments are available for children (ages 7 and up), teens, and adults, and may be used as part of pastoral counseling, marriage preparation, family support, or personal development.
Pastoral Counseling Fees
Pastoral counseling sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and are offered through Roach Counseling Care & Wellness Center, a counseling ministry under the covering of Throne Room Worship Center.
Our approach is faith-based and pastoral in nature, integrating Biblical truth and temperament-based principles to support emotional and spiritual growth.

Standard Counseling Fee

$120 per session (50–60 minutes)
This rate applies to individual, premarital, marriage, family, and group pastoral counseling sessions unless otherwise noted.

Sliding Fee Scale
We recognize that financial circumstances vary. A limited sliding fee scale may be available for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Members of Throne Room Worship Center may choose a donation-based counseling option, where individuals commit to a consistent amount per session that reflects their ability to give.
This option is designed to support accessibility while honoring personal responsibility and faithfulness.
